Refund Policy

Understanding our refund, cancellation, and money-back guarantee terms.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all services, subscriptions, and products offered by OYMOM Health Private Limited ("OYMOM Global™", "we", "our", "us"). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Services (PashuSevak Bharat™, ZoonoTrack Bharat™, etc.)

For monthly or annual subscription plans:

  • Free Trial: If you are on a free trial, no charges apply during the trial period.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
  • Refunds for Unused Periods: We generally do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. However, if you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, refunds may be provided on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion, minus a processing fee.

3. One-Time Service Fees

  • Veterinary Consultations: Refunds for veterinary consultations are available if the service was not provided as scheduled. Please request a refund within 24 hours of the missed appointment.
  • Emergency Response (PashuSOS™): Emergency service fees are non-refundable once a dispatch has been initiated, as resources are committed upon request.
  • Field Services: If a service provider is dispatched but unable to complete the service due to circumstances beyond our control, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Insurance Products

Insurance products are governed by the terms of the respective insurance partners. Premium refunds are subject to the insurance company's cancellation and refund policies. Please refer to your insurance policy document for specific terms. For questions, contact our insurance support team at insurance@oymom.com.

5. OYMOM Med (Pharmacy and Medical Supplies)

  • Unopened Products: Returns and refunds for unopened, unused products in original packaging are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Opened Products: Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used medical products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Breed DNA Ledger™ Services

  • Genetic Testing: Once a sample has been processed by the laboratory, refunds cannot be issued.
  • Cancellation Before Processing: If you cancel before the sample is sent to the lab, a full refund will be provided.
  • Inconclusive Results: If testing yields inconclusive results, we will retest at no additional charge or provide a full refund.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at refunds@oymom.com with your order/invoice number
  • Provide the reason for your refund request
  • Include any relevant documentation (photos, receipts, etc.)
  • Our team will respond within 5-7 business days

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

9. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Emergency dispatch fees after service initiation
  • Genetic testing after laboratory processing begins
  • Opened pharmaceutical or medical products
  • Custom data reports or analytics services
  • Setup or onboarding fees for enterprise accounts
  • Third-party fees (payment processing, regulatory filing, etc.)

10. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback without first requesting a refund through our process, we may suspend your account until the matter is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
