It began not with a grand vision, but with a gap Vishal refused to ignore. While working as a Software Developer at HCLTech in Chennai, he saw firsthand how technology was transforming industries — yet India's rural heartland, where millions of farmers and livestock owners lived and worked, remained untouched. That observation never left him.
After completing his B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Bharath Institute of Science and Technology and an Executive Program in Entrepreneurship from IIM Rohtak, paired with a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business from IGNOU, Vishal made a decisive move: he would build the infrastructure that India's rural economy needed, from the ground up.
In 2018, he took his first major step — building BPSY-VetCare in Bihar, a veterinary healthcare company serving farmers where no one else had dared to operate at scale. What began as a regional enterprise became a proof of concept: that deep-tech thinking could solve problems rooted in soil and livestock, not just silicon.
But Vishal was building toward something far larger. In 2022, he founded OYMOM — a platform dedicated to revolutionising rural health and livestock intelligence through field execution, automation, and trust-based digital verification. The mission: technology that meets real-world needs, not the other way around.
The most ambitious chapter arrived in March 2025 — ZoonoTrack.AI (NADIS): India's National Animal Disease Intelligence System. Built with QR Tokenisation for verifiable case identity, OTP-verified farmer reporting, geo-mapped disease tracking, and AI-driven risk insights — it is engineered for real-time outbreak detection, response, and prevention at national scale. Selected for the APEDA Business Challenge 2026, ZoonoTrack is now being positioned as export-enable technology for India's agri and livestock export ecosystem.
And then, orbit. As Co-Founder of Antrixsetu in Chennai — a space-tech venture building satellite infrastructure — Vishal extended his mission skyward, understanding that the data layer India needs for its rural future will ultimately come from above.
