Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited under this Ethical Code:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or retaliation against any individual

Reporting Violations

If you witness or suspect a violation of this Ethical Code, you are encouraged to report it through the following channels:

We prohibit retaliation against any individual who reports a violation in good faith.

Enforcement

Violations of this Ethical Code may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, termination of contracts, and legal action where appropriate. We regularly review and update our ethical standards to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
