It is not a certifying authority and does not issue statutory export certificates, veterinary health certificates or customs clearances — these remain the exclusive function of the competent government authorities. Final regulatory responsibility for a consignment rests with the exporter of record. Data is processed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
