Ready Architecture
NADIS™ is the intelligence layer beneath India's animal disease response. It consolidates field reports, clinical events, laboratory signals and geospatial context into a single national picture — then converts that picture into district-level risk scores that departments, insurers and exporters can act on. Built to plug into existing government workflows rather than replace them, NADIS is designed for public-private partnership deployment at state and national scale.
System Capabilities
Unified Surveillance Intake
Field observations, veterinary consultations, laboratory confirmations and farmer reports flow into one structured intake layer. Every event is timestamped, geo-tagged and attributed, so a single national view replaces fragmented district registers.
District-Level Risk Scoring
Raw event volume is converted into comparable district risk scores refreshed on an automated cycle. Departments see which districts are heating up before case counts make it obvious, enabling vaccine and quarantine decisions on lead time rather than hindsight.
Bronze to Gold Data Pipeline
A three-tier lakehouse architecture separates raw capture, validated records and analysis-ready aggregates. Data quality is enforced at each promotion step, so downstream reporting and actuarial use rest on auditable foundations.
Standards-Aligned Reporting
Outbreak and event reporting is structured to align with World Organisation for Animal Health conventions, producing documentation that international counterparties and export authorities recognise without translation or rework.
Institutional Integration
Designed for public-private partnership deployment — department dashboards, scheme-level reporting, and controlled data sharing with insurers, lenders and research bodies under defined access agreements.
Ecosystem Data Fabric
NADIS draws signal from every OYMOM platform — emergency response, field service, genomic registry and pharmacy fulfilment — and returns risk intelligence back to each. Value compounds across the group rather than sitting in one silo.
How Intelligence Is Produced
From a single field observation in a village to a district risk score a department can act on — each stage is validated, versioned and traceable back to source.
1
Signal Capture
Field providers, veterinarians and farmers record clinical events against verified animal and location identifiers through connected OYMOM platforms.
2
Validation Layer
Raw entries are checked for completeness, duplication and geographic plausibility before promotion, so noise does not propagate into national aggregates.
3
Aggregation
Validated events are aggregated by species, disease, district and time window, producing the comparable base on which all downstream scoring rests.
4
Risk Scoring
Automated cycles convert aggregates into district risk scores, factoring event velocity, spatial clustering and historical seasonality.
5
Distribution
Scores and structured reports are delivered to departments, insurers, exporters and connected platforms through dashboards and controlled interfaces.
Who NADIS Serves
State & Central Departments
Animal husbandry departments needing district-level situational awareness, scheme outcome tracking and reporting that stands up to central and international scrutiny.
Insurers & Lenders
Institutions pricing livestock risk who need current, granular disease exposure data rather than annual retrospective summaries.
Exporters & Trade Bodies
Meat, dairy and live animal exporters requiring disease status documentation that satisfies importing country sanitary requirements.
Research & Public Health
Veterinary and zoonotic researchers requiring longitudinal, field-verified Indian livestock disease data under governed access.
Data governance. NADIS operates on consent-captured, verification-anchored records processed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Institutional data sharing occurs only under defined access agreements. Aggregate intelligence is separated from personally identifiable farmer information at the pipeline level, and no individual farmer or holding is exposed through public or partner-facing outputs.
