You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain its accuracy, safeguard your credentials, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not violate any laws, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, use automated data collection methods, impersonate others, upload malicious code, or harvest user information.

5. Our Platforms

OYMOM Global™ operates: PashuSevak Bharat™ (livestock gig workforce), ZoonoTrack Bharat™ (livestock intelligence), NADIS™ (data intelligence system), PashuSOS™ (emergency response), Breed DNA Ledger™ (genetic intelligence), and OYMOM Med (veterinary marketplace).

6. Payments and Fees

Paid features require payment of applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable unless specified. We may change fees with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and functionality of our Services are the exclusive property of OYMOM Global™ and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant OYMOM Global™ a license to use, reproduce, and distribute it to operate and improve our Services.

9. Privacy

Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OYMOM GLOBAL™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OYMOM Global™ from any claims arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Legal actions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Patna, Bihar.

15. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, they shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Patna, India.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
